So you're a bagel enthusiast like me, welcome! If you're visiting or just looking for a doughy ball of goodness in Brooklyn on a Sunday morning, you're heading in the right direction. NYC is quite a bagel mecca, where gluten meets glory and every borough, neighborhood, or even 10 block radius has their own opinion about which bagel is the best. Below are my top 3 best bagels in Brooklyn, NY! Stay toasty friends!
Court Street Bagels
This spot is the only one where you’ll most likely have to wait in line, but oh is it worth it. They have great fluffy on the inside, crispy on the outside, soul happiness bagels. I’ve had everything from bagels with cream cheese, their deli sandwiches and classic BECs and SECs and all are incredible. Just a solid, tastebud-pleasing, happy bagel spot.

Kind of a theme here, each street has a solid bagel place; I don’t hate it. Smith Street has an array of options for breakfast and lunch excluding bagels if you want a variety – but don’t you dare skip the bagels. They have a larger selection of cream cheeses if you are daring, but they also have a whole menu of bagels and lox that I RESPECT. My go-to here is their tuna salad on a garlic bagel with LTO, it’s BOMB if you’re a tuna person like myself.

Bagel World Park Slope
Love ’em. I got a BEC with a hashbrown here that was truly something to dream about. They have really great bagels, not the largest selection of cream cheese, but I’m not a daring cream cheese person. Bagels are always the best early in the AM, and to expeience these when they are piping hot is truly magical.
