Located in Summit County, Silverthorne and the surrounding area has been insanely built up over the past few years. With new builds comes new food spots. Check out my list of the best eats around Silverthorne, Colorado.
THE BEST. I’ve had my fair share of empanadas and I as soon as I bite into one from a different restaurant, I mention Argentos. We went back twice, in the same day the first time I had them. My favorite is the corn and cheese, but they all are amazing. Go, now.
When we walked into this space, we were greeted by a dog; I knew it was going to be a good spot. As the name states, they offer wine + flights, but oh so much more. They have custom cocktails, spirits flights and a food menu that may make you stay until dessert (cough, chocolate fondue).
Mercado La Perla
An authentic Mexican market serving authentic short order food. When anyone tells me they are passing through Silverthorne, or anywhere near it, I tell them to stop here. Part grocery store, part restaurant, part taco heaven. They serve traditional Mexican dishes, but a must try is their Birria soup – this was another place we went back multiple times to.
New food hall with plenty of options to chose from at all different times of the day. Coffee, salads, Mexican, burgers and a full bar. It was pretty new when we visited, but they will eventually have small local shops as well – probably best they weren’t open, especially with a full bar.
Not only are the beers good here, they have a laundry list of a menu that their small kitchen is cranking out. Once we ordered we had food envy of everyone – aka everything is good.
Enza’s Delicatessen and Market
Italian deli and market serving fresh sandi’s and so much more. With coffee, bakery items, beer and wine, it’s a great spot to grab and go or enjoy a hot sandwich in their dining room.
