Being yet another beautiful mountain village in the Rocky Mountains, Steamboat Springs offers up quite a bit of everything. Whether you’re a ski bum, vacationer or a local, there is something for everyone. Located 3+ hours from Denver, it’s not the easiest to get to, but once you’re here you’d make the drive countless times. With the ski village, downtown and the plethora of options to eat and drink, it was fairly easy to mosey around while working. Below were the places I found best to work at while working remotely in Steamboat Springs, Colorado.
Adorable cozy coffee shop on 9th street offering much more than coffee. You can enjoy you’re usual coffee and breakfast, but can also grab a drink once 5:00 (or any o’clock) hits. Free WiFi is offered as well!
Small brewery with an indoor and outdoor area accessible to get some work done. It can get loud inside, not ideal for calls, but def don’t miss out on trying their Hoochie Mama sour while jumping on their free WiFi.
Bread is my love language, so I HAD to stop here. It’s a delightful bakery that smells like a dream. I could hardly log into my computer before shoveling a fresh croissant in my face. With fresh baked bread, bakery items, sandwiches and free WiFi, it can be dangerous to stay long here without buying one of everything.
In the heart of the downtown area, Big Iron Coffee is a great place to hang, work and grab a joe. With free WiFi and comfy couches, this was a great spot to pop into for a quick check in with work.
