Watching the sunset while visiting Orange Beach, AL is basically #1 on anyone’s to-do list. There are many places to sit back, relax and take in the views. Below are my recommendations on where watch the sunset in Orange Beach, AL.

Alabama Point -
Pier at Gulf Shores
Located in the Gulf State Park, the Gulf Pier offers incredible views from 1 mile from the shore. With a snack bar and full bar available, its a fun spot to grab a drink, watch local fisherman and bask in the beauty.
Just over Perdido Pass is the Alabama Point, a white sand jetty facing the sunset perfectly. Its where the Gulf meets the bay and a great place to pack a cooler and grab your beach chair.
3. The GULF
All outdoor bar and restaurant located right on Perdido Bay. You can actually see Alabama Point, but if you’re looking for a causal dinner/happy hour sunset spot, this is it.
4. Johnson Beach National Seashore
More secluded part of the beach, located in Florida just east of Perdido Key Beach. The sunset was one of my all time favorites here, I’ll let the picture speak for itself.
